MVM Architecture, Construction and Development is looking to hire a Senior Architect with 5+ years of professional experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent creative and communication skills and be able to both work within and lead a team throughout all stages of the design process.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture with more than 5 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in project coordination and management.
Strong knowledge of Albanian construction regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in online permit applications, preparation of submission files, and related processes.
Excellent design skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
Ability to manage and meet project deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of building project phases and preparation of technical documentation.
Required Software Skills:
Revit
AutoCAD
Photoshop (knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator is considered an advantage)
Rendering software such as 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, etc.
(Priority will be given to candidates proficient in 3ds Max, Corona Render, and/or V-Ray.)
