MVM Architecture, Construction, and Development is looking for an Architect with 5-7 years of work experience. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent creative and communication skills and be capable of working with and leading the team throughout the entire design process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture and over 5 years of work experience.
Experience in project coordination and management.
In-depth knowledge of Albanian legislation in the field of design and the ability to apply it in online applications, file preparation for submission, etc.
Strong design skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.
Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
Thorough understanding of execution projects and preparation of technical documentation.
Software Proficiency:
Revit
AutoCAD
Photoshop (preference for candidates with knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator)
Rendering software such as 3DS Max, Lumion, SketchUp, etc.
