AE Villa

The object is a composition of the use of geometric basic forms which are presented both in the plans and in the form of the object as an architectural body. Such architecture is often referred to as minimalist architecture, but does not mean it's vague in architectural elements, but rather a spiritual asset clearly seen in our named AE House object located in the city of Skopje in the Nerez neighbourhood.

On the interior dominates white color, but very carefully details have been selected, such as the glass floor pool that gives you the vibe of the aquarium over the living space, the materials used in the interior are as an expression of contemporary construction technology with regular forms of interior spaces that give the object a maximum aesthetic simplicity.

The exterior represents a very avant-garde object, innovative especially in the use of glass on the façade and at the end of the pool. The large surfaces of the glass increase the lighting in the interior of the object, while the play of light and shadow makes the inner space magical.
