Industrial Office 88

An office designed to provide a comfortable working environment. The intervention is as minimal as possible, and the office is located on the ground floor of a new building, with a south-eastern view of the green yard. Its two facades are completely transparent, integrating the interior with the exterior, both in style and psychologically. Laminated parquet and natural cement painted with transparent resin, are both used to create the floor. The idea behind using natural cement is to embrace the traditional materials used in building Albanian houses, combined with the red solid brick wall facing the main entrance. A perfect integration between artisan and technology. The structural elements of the building are left untreated. The main worktable is created from an oxidized metal sheet. Above it, glass is placed, which reflects the surrounding environment. In the centre of the space, a round meeting table is designed using wood material to warm the colder tones of concrete and cement. A reception area is organized near the south window, with black leather armchairs and chairs, in contrast with the neutral tones of the office. Strong colours are used in decorative elements. Despite the cold industrial style, this space welcomes you!
