Bregu Sh.a is seeking two qualified Senior Architects to join our team for ongoing projects, including Bazaar Gate Tower, Green Coast, and other developments currently in progress.

Key Responsibilities:
— Develop architectural designs in line with investor requirements and established timelines
— Prepare technical documentation and tender packages for architectural processes
— Provide support with plans, drawings, technical specifications, and bills of quantities
— Contribute to sales catalogues, graphic materials, and functional diagrams for project and commercial needs
— Collaborate with clients for project presentations and follow up on construction progress
— Resolve technical issues and maintain effective communication with company staff
Qualifications:
✓ University degree in Architecture
✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural projects
✓ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization software
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓ Effective communication skills and ability to handle technical challenges
