Villa Brezovicë

This two storey villa is divided in four different modules in the floor plan: living, dining, lounging, guest. The difference between the four modules is made visible by the difference in material, but also by the different levels of the roof. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, connected by the atrium in the living room area. Given the location of the object, for the facade, we decided to use stone walls for the highest roof giving it a monumental look, plain white for the smaller areas, and corrugated metal sheets for the living room area. The site is surrounded by beautiful wild nature therefore we used floor to ceiling openings creating a 360 degree panoramic view for the entire space.
