Commonsense Studio is seeking an experienced architect to join the team in developing projects through to implementation. You will work on high-complexity projects within a collaborative team and with high technical and design standards.
What you will do:
Architectural detailing for building permits and construction phases;
Preparation of cost estimates and technical specifications;
Coordination with engineering disciplines and consultants;
Application and follow-up of the Building Permit process (AZHT/Municipality) and its documentation.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a design office (building permits / documentation);
Strong knowledge of Albanian regulations and legislation;
Strong technical ability to independently advance projects;
Advanced Revit + AutoCAD; Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (advantage);
Advanced English;
Ambitious, organized, and collaborative;
Interest in a long-term contract (2+ years);
