Job Position: Civil Engineer with experience in implementation, for the project located at the construction site in Jalë, Himarë Municipality.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring, controlling, and coordinating daily construction processes on-site, ensuring the achievement of deadlines set in the work schedule, and coordinating work teams.
Identifying technical issues during project implementation and proposing solutions.
Overseeing the execution of contracts with subcontractors and collecting necessary documentation for contract continuity.
Ensuring the quality of work in accordance with project plans and technical specifications.
Planning material supply needs, verifying material quality, and overseeing on-site material analysis. Keeping the technical accounting register and reporting on the placement of specific materials.
Drafting measurement books and work progress reports, maintaining work control records and any other necessary documents for the approval of on-site work.
Being responsible for maintaining complete documentation on the construction site.
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and protection requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
More than 5 years of effective experience in residential project implementation.
