BKT Branch Showroom

BKT is a bank established in 2007 in Kosovo, with a total of 27 branches.

Our goal during the project was to reflect the values ​​and vision of the bank in the experience of space. This is achieved by designing a coherent space that focuses on the exhibition area and is followed by the service area and utility spaces of the bank.

Customer service desks are moved to the side, highlighting the common space, which in itself contains digital self-service devices. A private consultation room is located at the bottom of the bank space, separate and not visible from the rest.

All the minimalist furniture makes contrast with the walls treated with dynamic red panels and the floor, which together reflect the identity of the bank's brand and serve as a space for sitting and waiting. Careful handling of the walls contributes to achieving acoustic comfort, while the upper part serves as a utility space and contains the archive of the bank branch.

Such an architectural composition creates a comfort and privacy for the clients as well as puts in the foreground the location of the branch.
