(English) MVM Architecture, Construction and Development is looking to employ architects with 5+ years of experience.
The candidate must possess great creative and communicative skills, be able to work with and lead a working group during the entirety of the design process. Preferred skills: Graduated in Architecture and with more than 5 years of work experience.
Experience in project coordination and management.
Extensive knowledge of Albanian construction regulation and the ability to implement this knowledge in online permit applications, preparations of files for submissions, etc.
Knowledge in design and the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
Capable of managing and achieving deadlines.
Full knowledge in building project processes and preparation of technical documentation.
Able to work in the following software:
-Revit
-Autocad
-Photoshop (Candidates also proficient in InDesign and Illustrator are preferred)
-Rendering software such as 3dsMax, Lumion, Sketchup, etc. (Candidates proficient in 3dsMax, Corona and/or VRay are preferred).
