The site that occupies 2850 m2 is located in the rural urban plot in Kopance, Tetovo. The location of the house in the middle of the plot, frees up the views to the north and south and preserves the remarkable trees all around.

The house is created on an irregular modular base, with an area of 717 m2.We oriented and designed the house to take the best advantage of the southern exposure while creating a strong indoor- outdoor connection, also created a balance by integrating the surrounding topography into a modern architecture theme.

We emphasized horizontal and vertical elongated simple lines without drastic changes to the structures’s size.The simplicity and precision of the prefabricated laminam panels are sough to configure a house of pure lines and white color.

Glass doors integrate the interior and exterior into a dynamic, functional, and well illuminated space.

The wide external staircase opens onto a platform, and together with the living and dining areas, creates a unique space that embraces the natural world. Pathways made from a solid base of concrete, contrast and highlight the green of the natural landscape, also they open to a summer terrace and a pool , which not only refreshes the atmosphere and allows its enjoyment, but closes the patio for an exclusive use.
