The Duo-Family House

One of our recently finished project, is  "The Duo-Family House", located in a beautiful attractive city, Belsh. The floor area is 145m², it has two entrance. For each of the family living in this house are the same planed rooms as follow: in the ground floor are designed the living areas, the bathroom, the stairs and a guess room, in the first floor are four rooms and two bathrooms, each of the rooms have a balcony. The strongest keys of this project are the best architectural solution in a such small section for two families , the construction details as the roof, the thermal facade etc.
