Mimoza

Mimoza Bar is a 70 square meter space located in "Kont Urani" street. It's name derives from the street that leads to the Bar which is popularly known as "Mimoza" street due to the Mimosa trees that bloom in the spring, which also inspired the design of it's interior space. The service space is organized indoors and outdoors. We proposed a dynamic yet cozy interior provided by the use of contrasting colours with the dominating colours being green and yellow, warm tones, and a mix of plaster and brick walls. Mimoza's bar counter space is designed with a flexible use in mind, which means its equipped for use during the day as a coffeeshop, but also for evening and night cocktails, making it functional during all hours of the day.
