Position: Architect (Construction / Site Implementation)

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of applicable legislation related to the execution and supervision of construction projects.
• Preparation and management of the project’s technical and legal documentation.
• Control and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the approved design, bill of quantities, and technical specifications.
• Supervision of work quality and implementation of health and safety standards on site.
• Leadership of construction processes, including planning and coordination of work fronts with various contractors and subcontractors.
• Periodic reporting on the progress of works and identification of technical issues arising during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution / site implementation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage deadline pressure.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and construction details.
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and workflows on site.

Required Software Skills

• AutoCAD – technical drawings and execution plans
• SketchUp – quick modeling and spatial verification
• 3ds Max – 3D modeling and visualization
• Adobe Photoshop – graphic editing and presentations
• Microsoft Excel – cost estimates, schedules, and work tracking
• Microsoft Word – technical reports and documentation
