Small apartments are real challenges for an architect. If you happen to live in one, you know that every square inch counts.
Turning a small space into something functional, but also not stuffy, requires some creativity. Our small space philosophy is about living better, with less.
Anyone with a small space should start thinking about which activities are the most necessary and then place other things depending on them. It's important to have enough table space, a living area, a kitchen with the right equipment to prepare a meal and a queen size bed.
This should be the basis of any space, especially for a small apartment.
