Comfortable, relaxing and rest-ready spaces are essential in a holiday apartment design. In this case, on the coast. This has been the goal of the project by choosing the minimalist style.
The living room is designed as a flexible space that connects the kitchen and the corridor leading to the bedrooms. Warm tones are used. Predominant clothing and furniture with wood refinishes and white walls in the background. Upholstery in different materials and colors to create a cheerful space too. The abundant presence of light and the view from the sea is the main influencing element in the design.
The kitchen is minimalistic, all white and its shape follows the height and width of the space that is placed, overlooking the sea! A light dining table that serves indoors and outdoors.
In contrast to the space and flexibility of the living room and kitchen, the bedrooms and bathroom are private and separated from each other. The walls are decorated with works created for that apartment by Dakuna, an Albanian artist, which suits the minimalist spirit of the apartment.
Alongside the desire to have a light, clean space was the desire to create a sense of peace in the apartment. Clean lines, minimalist details, white background and neutral colors are the basics of this apartment.
The client's flexibility in design and understanding in implementation has made this project reach our initial expectations.
