AGS Offices represent the today’s contemporary offices and harmonious work environments.
This project’s conceptual approach strives for three key characteristics: Constructive Elements, Separation Elements, and Flexible Natural Elements, each of which is allocated and related to one another via the use of light, color, and material. Beginning with Terrazzo Inside the office, the flooring has an infinite color palette formed by delicate pastel variations in the floor, producing pleasing settings for the eye.
There is a connection between the floor and the walls, and the colors and variations between them have produced a work atmosphere that is both appropriate and comfortable. The purpose of color in the workplace is to keep individuals motivated, active, and focused.
These pieces symbolize the walls that divide areas into individual offices and conference rooms while maintaining visual contact through glass to make the spaces appear to be one. To avoid reducing the office’s height, no interventions were made in the ceiling, which means that the existing material of “Béton Brut” was preserved and used to benefit the office’s aesthetic type. Another approach to today’s building is Biophilic Design.
The utilization and inclusion of nature and greenery indoors has demonstrated several qualities and benefits to building users. Plants and trees utilized in workplaces promote productivity, improve air quality by lowering the proportion of pollutants, and create “zones” that provide calmer sections of the office.
Greenery represents now an identifiable part of the office. When such natural components are incorporated, the cactus is useful to the office in many ways, absorbing noise, enhancing productivity, and providing a sense of satisfaction in the workplace.
