This individual villa is located on a hilly terrain characterized by the presence of an olive grove. This place is very special for the owner who is connected to the landscape and wanted a villa which emphasized the view from the olive trees, for herself and her son. For this reason, this villa has its main orientation from the olive trees, which also coincides with the South- West orientation. A series of platforms and stairs have been used to solve the problem of the steep terrain, which can be used as outdoor accommodation.

To suit the owner’s requirements, the villa is intended as two separate living spaces. The ground floor is for the owner and the first floor for her son. Both floors have living rooms, cooking facilities and bedrooms. Vertical movement is created with a ladder on the North-East side of the building, slightly more isolated than the rest, creating an intimacy for users. There is also an external spiral staircase which connects directly to the terrace of the building, creating a larger outdoor space.
