This interesting project sought to transform the interior of an existing villa, between a complex of villas and apartments in Kodra e Diellit in Tirana. The challenge of the villa renovation project, this time too, was to adapt its existing interior to the functional requirements, and especially to the personality of its future residents.
Located on a sloping terrain, lying on four floors, this villa has a panoramic view, to which was added the opening towards the intimate premises at the back.
Special attention was paid to the living room, with a spacious and character treatment, where the cooking and dining part was combined in a personalized way. This area serves as a filter between the two living areas, one on the inside and the other one in the intimate space in the small garden, outside.
This spatial dualism outside-inside, the feeling of integral connection between them is performed by the transparency of the large sliding windows, which allows the connection of these two spaces. It also served to orient the focus of its residents during the experience of the premises.
