This is the initial analysis that the studio has done to find a concept that fits the location and in communication with the client to develop it.

Large spaces have been preserved by using as few objects as possible in it, only functional ones. Natural light is an important element in their experience. The natural greenery used in the interior creates a harmony between the exterior and the interior. Living room, dining and cooking are all organized in a single space, with no physical separation between them.

Another detail is the use of handcrafted objects in Albania. These products transmit life, warmth, wealth, characteristics that are offered by the handwork of natural materials.

In the living room, the most special element is the relaxation chair with original horse leather covering, followed by the dining table, which is handmade, natural walnut wood. The dining chairs are also handmade. Iron and processed leather.

The kitchen has a non-common plan organization. By respecting natural light and the basics of kitchen operation, we have achieved such a composition with an island for cooking and preparation. Something quick can also be offered there. This space communicates with the rest of the house and with the dining table. The sink has a window facing it so whoever is washing the dishes can enjoy the view, but also serves to capture as much natural light for the spice jars. The other block of appliances like fridge, oven, microwave on the other hand. All this in wood imitation refinishing to stay as close to nature as possible.

Artificial lighting is an important element as well. Divided into several types: office lighting, low lighting and ambient lighting!

The night area, which includes the bedrooms, corridors and toilets, is mainly kept with neutral colors and materials, except for the main room, the matrimonial one, which is dominated by dark gray color and furniture with wooden refinishing.

The toilets are made of gress tile material with natural stone imitation in refinishing. Large spaces, transparency and the interaction of functions naturally with each other make this villa special and much loved as a project for the studio.
