Villa MV is a building with 3 floors and a basement.
The design is based on the client's request for quiet, clean spaces in the design where the function of the objects goes together with the new technologies.
The main thing in this project are the materials. Close to nature contrasting with special elements such as walls or decor. Natural light and a fairly good connection with the yard which has been kept in balance with the functional side has been the center of attention.
The ground floor where the main services of the day are positioned are in an open interaction with each other. They have access to the yard. With direct access to the pool from the living room and outdoor dining from the kitchen.
The living room is divided into two areas. TV area and fireplace area.
For a very practical use of both areas, a sofa is used that can be adjusted for support on both sides.
The kitchen is organized with a horizontal platform on the wall and an island where food can be prepared. In this way, the user has a view of the pool and is in contact with the whole family.
Dining is organized near the kitchen and with access to the courtyard.
The bedrooms are initially thought to be very functional and minimalistic. The difference between them is in the choosing of colors and materials based on the requirements of the residents of the house!
Artificial lighting also occupies an important place in the design, going parallel to the natural one.
