It was built in 2022, and the Architecture ,Interior Design, and artistic supervision were done by XPlan Studio Company. The building is located in an area that is rapidly developing into a residential center with all the necessary facilities and services. XPlan Studio Company recognized the importance of changing the landscape of the area and giving it a fresh and modern vibe.

Villa Bardhi its an residential building that perfectly embodies minimalism. The design is characterized by ecological and sustainable principles   including natural ventilations.  The architectural design of the Villa is characterized by its clean shapes, with sleek forms  with straight architectural lines that create a modern and minimalist aesthetic.

The use of technology and lighting is evident in the design creating an open spacious  modern atmosphere. Straight and simple lines or silhouettes  are emphasized, which gives due importance to a unique and contemporary style. The design perfectly blends the indoor and outdoor environments, promoting a sense of balance and harmony.

The building has been carefully designed from both architectural and urban perspectives, taking into consideration the plan solution and the design norms of the Villa’s function. The facade of the building is contemporary and open to the courtyard, with the most transparent part facing the courtyard. The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete structure, and the exterior has been treated with facades covered with HPL (High Pressure Laminate ) panels , partially with travertine and glass.

The building has two floors, with the day area located on the ground floor, the bedrooms and studio on the upper floor. The basement has two parking spaces, a canteen space, and the technical premises of the facility. The circulation of the building is clear, with an open plan except for the core of the services, and a staircase that connects all levels. In basement there is a inside pool, Jacuzzi ,spa , gym sauna and the there is a mosaic in the walls.

One of the unique features of the villa's interior is the living tree that is located in the middle of the house, which adds a natural and organic element to the minimalist design. The tree serves as a focal point and creates a connection to nature that is rare in urban living spaces.

The use of glass and wood in the interior design adds warmth and texture to the minimalist aesthetic. The glass allows natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy feel, while the wood adds a natural warmth and richness to the design. The combination of these materials creates a comfortable and inviting living environment.

The proposed facility is easily accessible from the main roads, and parking posts are located outside the building, in the system as well as in the basement. The layout of the building has been treated simply, with all the necessary spaces for car parking, residents' entrance, and rest and recreation. The system has been treated with paving with stone slabs and greenery at the border of the property so that the object can be identified in its position.

The interior design of the building is also contemporary and functional, with high-quality finishes and fixtures. The layout of the spaces is optimized for maximum functionality and ease of movement, creating a comfortable and inviting living environment.

Overall, the proposed facility is an excellent example of modern  architecture that reflects the importance of sustainable and natural elements in creating a minimalistic living space.
