The construction site is located near the city of Belsh, along the national road Belsh-Berat, at a distance of 3 km from the city of Belsh. The square is accessible from the Belsh-Berat road which is also the only road that passes near the construction site. It is located near two important elements of nature such as 'Liqeni i Rrumbullakët' and 'Liqeni i Merhojës'.
