Taunita Foods

Taunita is a fish store that looks inviting to everyone because the typical fancy appearance of fish restaurants was intentionally avoided. To achieve the intended low-budget architecture, the main element of the interior design is pine wood crates. In addition to providing style and warmth to the area, they also symbolize freshness as they are used to keep freshly picked vegetables. Modular crates are hung from the ceiling and used as shelves and decoration.

Handmade and customized washbasins are designed specifically for the store. Rusted metal sheets are plasticized in high temperature to stop and isolate the rusting process.

To stand out among the large signage of the stores around it, the façade is wrapped with metal mesh representing the fisherman’s net that shows the nature of the business without the need for a sign.
