Përshkrimi
Kodrinat Restaurant nestled amidst the hills, this gastronomic haven, aptly named to echo its geographical essence, emerges 12 kilometers from the city's periphery in Farkë, Tirana. Spanning an expansive 671 square meters, the architectural narrative unfolds across two tiers, with the first floor spanning 402.2 square meters and the second floor graced with 268.8 square meters. The edifice strategically orients its primary façade towards the bustling city of Tirana, offering patrons a distinct ambiance, particularly during the enchanting hours of afternoon and night. The architectural embodiment unfolds through a meticulously crafted volumetric concept. Each spatial emerges as a bespoke volume, strategically sited within an organic framework that harmonizes with the entirety of spatial utility. The voids forge interconnections, ensuring no space is underutilized, fostering a seamless sense of connectivity and flow. Emphasis is placed on key volumes, accentuating their unique volumetric distinctions. This equilibrium of volumes not only preserves harmony but engenders a dynamic experiential journey. The edifice, subtly entwined with the elements of nature, seamlessly integrates with the undulating landscape, seemingly becoming an organic extension of the hill, evoking an impression of independent growth.
The material palette amplifies the synergy between interior and exterior realms. Wide-opening windows seamlessly integrate the indoor space with the natural surroundings, beckoning visitors to explore the expanded domain of balconies. Stone, framing the principal walls, converges with glass, lending a delicate translucency that extends the spatial boundaries outward.
The landscape, conceived as a functional extension of the structure, witnesses the growth of green elements enveloping the restaurant without obstructing the panoramic views of the city or the building itself.
Kodrinat Restaurant, in its simplicity of design and conceptual purity, invites patrons to a unique experience — a respite from the intensity of urban life. With deliberate simplicity, the focus shifts to the paramount importance of immersing oneself in the serene ambiance, transcending the hustle and bustle of the city, encapsulating the essence of relaxation within its architectural embrace.
