Gronzy City

The construction of 7 towers was planned in one of Gronzy's best-known squares, including 5 of them for residential use. A 154-meter tower stood out among them, as, due to its spectacular design and large size, it would be a modern reference point.

The ambitious Grozny City project involved the construction of 7 luxury multi-storey buildings. Specifically, the project included: a 45-storey tower, two 25-storey towers, two 18-storey towers, while the plan also included a hotel and a business center that would "shine" in the city center.

The 154-meter tower stands out among other project buildings. Through the intensive skyscraper design lines, the vision of the architect, Sulman Kavrnukaev, for openness and innovation becomes apparent. The location of the building near the Sunzha River, brings a sense of movement and sends a positive message to the visitor.

The sturdy construction is reinforced by equally durable façade systems, which fit perfectly with the design approach adopted for the tower. In the same sense, thermally insulated aluminum systems that are used in apartments provide security and allow natural light to enter the interior unhindered.

The city of Grozny is a contemporary landmark for the city. The innovative design and construction solutions chosen during its implementation make it an internationally acclaimed project.
