This is a compact apartment, 1 + 1.

Located in one of the most sought after areas, today, in Tirana, as it is located close to the large park of the Lake.

The initial layout was modified to include a laundry area inside the hallway closet, which serves as a laundry room. The contour of the corridor with the living room was also removed. Container cupboards were designed, in the room, in the kitchen, in the hallway.

Meanwhile, in order to have a fuller and bigger feeling in dimension, all the alcoves have the same treatment: division in horizontality, in color and threading.
