Palester & SPA 365

SPA 365 is a mix of spaces dedicated to sports, wellness and beauty. SPA is located on two underground floors of an existing building in Tirana. The first underground floor contains most of the wellness spaces such as saunas, mud rooms, hammam, massages and others. The second floor underground contains the swimming pool, gym and physiotherapy. The interior is curated with mostly neutral materials, where quartz and wood are the most used, with shades of green marble and natural stone in special spaces.

The main concept was to organize all the spaces according to their function, but also to have an easy connection between them. This project was an internal intervention as the structure in which the SPA was built was an existing structure and thus was retained.

The entrance is highlighted by a warm bronze color, which makes it visible to the public and attractive. The materials of the SPA and other key points is dominated by quartz and beige wood, as these materials create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, which is a key element for a good SPA experience. In spaces like the mud room and hammam, natural stone, beige and green marble were used to give these spaces a different effect.

The materials of the pool is also dominated by quartz and wood. A key design element of the pool ceiling, covered with white barrisol and LED lights which provide a soft diffused light to the pool area when no sunlight enters. The gym area comes as a contrast to the soothing and soothing eye colors of the SPA area. It is designed in an industrial style to better suit its function.
