The building is not inspired by the urban context, due to the fact that it is located in a completely new economic area, where each surrounding object expresses more individual styles and fulfills their basic function such as storage, showrooms, or services and offices respecting the laws for maximum height or urban distances. At this point we were a little selfish and achieved our goal by exploiting the large area of the property and its access to the main road.

At first glance, it is easy to read the simplicity of the object, which consists of 6 white volumes which rise and fall in height, retracting and rising horizontally, symbolizing the pistons of an engine. An economic engine that displays the strength and grandeur of its own pharmaceutical company. Finding a balance between architectural symbolism and economic power intertwined at a glance is the first success of this design. It’s something we don’t understand but feel.

The treatment of the facade with a printed “glass-spider” white facade gives the impression of a single and detached object at the same time… Using the technology of glass printing, we have printed a light continued silhouette of pharmaceutical colors in all 6 volumes, this to give the object its identity.

The volumes on the inside are functional, with offices and meeting rooms. The building also behaves like a single white volume and draws attention. When you approach or are inside it, the volumes seem as if they are dancing at every step of the way. They appear and disappear from each other along the entire facade, pushing you to visit the object from beginning to end, thus not perceiving the same view at the same time.

It is worth mentioning the interior design of this building, where from the moment we enter, the central hall stands out with its magnitude of 4 floors atrium in the shape of a circle of 16m. This atrium is accessible to all floors through the main stairs and its main element. These scales also represent an achievement of design and courage, we emphasize here the fact that the ellipse shaped staircase stands tangent inscribed in the circle which is also 4.5 m console from the base columns.

Contemporary technology in this facility has been strongly intertwined with design, making it perhaps one of the only facilities in Albania where such technology has been used, both in automation and in the electro / mechanical infrastructure of the entire facility. Lighting, transparent halls, paving and carefully selected furniture designed by the most famous Italian and German companies add architectural value and offer very comfortable environments for employees and visitors.
