The new office building, stands out confidently from the heterogeneous buildings in the central area of ​​the city of Saranda.

This building is designed with a commercial unit function on the ground floor and the other three floors, with offices.

From the architectural point of view, the object is presented as a simple cube, which takes dynamics from the combination of glass and aluminum materials on the facade.

The three main facades are distinctly highlighted by the dark structural glass and the white alucobond cladding, which also create a strong contrast.

These elements make the building a modern contemporary architecture.
