In architecture: "Theory without the oeuvre has no meaning". The strong combination of different materials, the contrast with nature, the curation and realization down to the details of the interior and exterior make this hotel a very special architectural work which will have its own identity, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Albanian riviera.
The rhythm created by the straight lines combined with the local natural stone, the elements of greenery in the landscape, the presence of water and the lighting form the Mediterranean character of the building brought in a modern and contemporary style.
