“Uji i Ftohtë” Hotel is located in Tepelena, less than 1 km from 'Rrepet e Ujit të Ftohtë'. The architecture studio "Andaras Architecture and Design" has worked on the design of the interior and the landscape covering an area of 3098 m2:
26 rooms (standard and suite), lobby-reception, bar-restaurant (2), open veranda, outdoor pool, recreational area.
The interior design concept has been a reflection of the surrounding nature. Materials such as: stone, wood, iron are part of the interior of the lobby/bar/restaurant/corridor/rooms. The stone is carved on site. In the lobby there is a waterfall which brings the cascade outside, in miniature, that flows into the Drinos river, under the foundations of the building.
