Përshkrimi
Çoçja Boutique Hotel realized by Mosko Atelie near the historical center of the city of Shkodra is one of the most special studio projects.
The purpose of this architectural and interior project of the building is to harmonize the new structure (four floors) with the existing building (two floors), dating back to the late 18th century, being merged and functioning as a single multifunctional building and creating a green inner courtyard, a place of accommodation and relaxation.
The building is conceived as a large warm and welcoming house where a wooden staircase connects the main lobby of the hotel with the three floors of the rooms.
The hotel rooms with a different style of decoration on each floor offer a pleasant and romantic environment, with balconies that give the opportunity to enjoy the historic city center. The materials chosen for the decoration of the rooms and suites offer comfort and meanwhile are ecological friendly.
The peculiarity of this building is the combination of traditional architecture of the area with modern elements, inspired from the characteristic wooden ceilings and stylization with modern shapes, the use of materials such as wood, hand-beaten iron, the use of glass structures combined with the archs.
The use of colors in blues, turquoise and green tones in the interior and exterior combined with floral motifs of decorative window and door frames and partial cladding with ceramic tiles of the facade are the identifying elements of this building making it very special and inviting.
