Përshkrimi
As the seventh GUSTO café and a continuation of a successful story, this project carried the weight of both brand evolution and location significance. Positioned in Prishtina Mall, it was imagined as more than just another café — it became a celebratory gesture, an extravagant and inviting place that makes people want to come, explore, and return.
GUSTO has built its identity on daring pastel combinations, with pink and teal standing as its signature tones. In this project, we aimed to amplify that identity while pushing it further, experimenting with creative mediums that could transform the brand’s playfulness into spatial experience. Curtains became immersive surfaces, tiles became graphic extensions, and color turned into architecture.
The main concept was to create a Galaxy of Sweets — a surreal and imaginative environment where design dissolves into fantasy. Curtains drift like pink clouds, teal walls expand into a sky, and the floor unfolds into infinite pixelated leaves and grass. Above, lights scatter like stars, floor lamps glow as comets, and stepping arches carry the rhythm of the pixelated floor into architectural form.
To bring balance, light gold details weave through the design, softening bold gestures with warmth. Curved spaces create movement and invite exploration, while plant islands anchor the surreal with nature, forming a gentle transition between inside and outside.
The result is a space that feels both extravagant and inviting, surreal yet tangible — a Galaxy of Sweets where architecture becomes part of the imagination.
