Residential Building

This project is an enthusiastic support to the ideas delivered by the urban study initally drafted by the Tirana Municipality (Adelina Greca, Valbona Koçi) presented in reality.

Among the study's original criterias are non-massive volumetric composition and creation of communicative yards in the block.

The uniqueness of this object lies in the porosity of its volumetric composition as well as in the interior spaces experience. The connecting bridges on the floors, offer community spaces of a smaller scale in function of the nearest neighbors, offering a variety of additions to the main court-yards on the ground floor. In the urban context, the volumetric composition establishes a more stable coexistence with the villas in the first row along the road.

In the architectural aspect, the main facade modulation and the finishes selection, constitute the reinforcing elements of this coexistence.
