Delta pharma

From the architect

“Delta Pharma” is one of the most interesting projects developed by GARK Studio, which consists of pharmaceutical storage, logistics & company offices.

The facility, a former industrial building with a prefabricated system, with pre-tensioned concrete panels and beams, has undergone a radical intervention in both the functional (interior) and aesthetic (exterior) areas to convert in a central building for Delta Pharma.

The challenge was two-sided, both for the organization of indoor environments, as well as the external volume and facade, due to limitations in the existing object system.

On the other hand, it was the Investor requirement to have a functionally and aesthetically appropriate object, completely different from the existing one. The condition was that the “new” facility should materialize the company’s potential ambition, growth and development in the market.

It was thus conceived that the whole object would be treated with a double skin of aluminum facade and Hpl panels, emphasizing with dynamic volumes the entrance and other elements such as different openings, composed according to a certain rule, thereby conveying a dynamic and modern image of the object.
