Nestled within the bustling core of activities in Tirana, this apartment represents a harmonious fusion of functionality and design ingenuity. Situated within the iconic neighborhood of the former block area, in a building erected in the early 2000s, this 45 m2 space has been meticulously crafted to cater to the discerning needs of Airbnb guests.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by an open-plan layout that optimizes every square meter of available space. The decision to open up the floor plan was a strategic one, addressing the challenge posed by the limited number of windows. By removing unnecessary partitions, the apartment achieves a sense of spaciousness and fluidity, enhancing the overall guest experience.

A key architectural feature of this space is the implementation of wavy glass partitions. These translucent dividers serve to delineate different zones within the apartment while maintaining a sense of visual connectivity. The use of wavy glass adds a touch of whimsy and modernity to the design, creating an
aesthetic focal point that is both functional and visually captivating.

In line with the eclectic design approach, a careful selection of materials has been employed to imbue the space with warmth and character. Rich tones of wood lend a sense of coziness to the interior, while glass elements introduce an element of transparency and lightness. Vibrant pops of color punctuate the space, infusing it with personality and vitality.

Despite the budget constraints imposed by the project, every design decision was made with a keen eye for both aesthetics and practicality. From the multifunctional furniture pieces to the efficient storage solutions, each element has been thoughtfully considered to enhance the overall guest experience
