Two houses in old city of Prizren

Each house, in addition to its own program, contains three apartments. Apartments are studios or day spaces with one bedroom.

The project was in process since 2011, a constant challenge for a sustainable architecture that is really inspired by the traditional but without being formal. Thus, a raised courtyard represents an entrance platform to both houses, but also a a meeting place for the users of the living spaces. From this platform you can take the steps and find yourself to Marin Barleti street, within the pedestrian zone, just a few steps away from the main monuments of Prizren. Almost all the windows of the rooms are directed to the highlights of the landscape.
