From product to communication, international awards and recognitions have rewarded BTicino's attention to design and design culture in all its manifestations.
In particular, BTicino has been awarded the Compasso d'Oro ADI three times: in 1989 with Living, in 2001 with My Home and in 2014 for the Slim & White Axolute Code event.
In 2021 Classe 300EOS with Netatmo is awarded the If Design Award. Classe 300EOS with Netatmo is the first smart video door entry unit with integrated Amazon Alexa voice assistant, fully manageable with the Home + Security App and via voice commands. Classe 300EOS manages all video door entry functions and Amazon Alexa functions integrated with a BTicino smart system such as the control of lights, sockets, shutters and security.

In 2019, Living Now, the new line of home controls that combines the best of aesthetic research with the most advanced smart technologies, wins the IF Design Award in the Product discipline, for the Building Technology category. In 2020 Living Now gets an Honorable Mention at the XXVI Compasso d'Oro ADI.

In 2017, in the Building Technology category, the Smarther connected thermostat was awarded for its functionality and design values, combining simplicity and innovation thanks to the communication between smartphone and thermostat. Thanks to the integrated wi-fi connectivity and the dedicated and free Thermostat App (for IOS and Android), Smarther can manage the home climate wherever you are.

In 2016, in the Building Technology category, the Classe 300 video door entry unit was awarded as a product that combines aesthetics, functionality and technological innovation. The linear design and beveled profile helps to cancel the perception of the thickness of the device. The main functions can be activated by capacitive touch sensitive keys, accompanied by a tactile guide that facilitates the recognition of commands.
IF Design Award 2016
The installation designed by Migliore + Servetto Architetti Associati invites the visitor to an immersive discovery of new product concepts: the monochrome of white and the subtle. Awarded in 2014 for having created a poetic landscape with simple means inspired by a technical product.

In 2011, the BTicino Concept Store in Milan, designed by Migliore + Servetto Architetti Associati, won the Reddot Award in the Communication Design section for its originality, emotional and design quality.

In 2001 the My Home home automation system, for its formal, technological and functional qualities combined in a system that introduces the great innovation of home automation in the domestic landscape in an effective and non-invasive way, won three prizes from international juries.

In 1996 BTicino proposed two new lines characterized by in-depth aesthetic and material research, a new step towards the idea of miniaturized, ergonomic home automation, with an advanced installation, aesthetically coordinated with the other controls.

In the eighties, BTicino, with the Living series, revolutionized the light switch which became a design object, multifunctional and chromatically declinable in different solutions. Thanks to these innovative values, in 1989 Living won the Compasso d'Oro.
