The project is situated in an exceptional location where nature and the beauty of Skopje city are an integral part of daily life. With a panoramic view that encompasses the entire city and a lush green environment, this structure offers a rare atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.

The exterior design incorporates elements borrowed from modern architecture, utilizing geometric shapes and materials. Additionally, there is a hint of brutalist architecture influence, evident in the structural wall construction, ceiling construction with cassette system in the cantilever, and the use of steel and concrete materials.
