The interior is conceived as a combination of the design of the 70s and the deconstructivism of the 80s in the solution of the plans, creating a lot of movement and a game with the volume of the object, enriched with innovative elements. The colors of the earth are very dominant regardless of the material used in the walls, floor and ceilings that give the idea of simplicity, which is broken by the presence of the walnut texture in the parquet and the furniture that reinforces the imposing and chic character.

Accents are given by different types of lighting, from indirect, spot, suspension to central, where the dimming method plays an important role. The furniture is specially designed to create a more personalized and unique environment. Special attention has been paid to the treatment of decorative elements, from the reliefs created at the entrance of the building, along the stairs, and in the bedrooms, to the type of plants and decorative vases of different dimensions, creating a natural symbiosis in totality.

The cooking, dining and living areas are located in the same space. The living room is conceived as a bi-facial environment with two main orientations on both sides, the multimedia area and the fireplace area, creating a comfortable space with two environments in a virtual way. In order to give focus and dominance to the living area, the ceiling above the cooking and dining area is designed to create tension with the play of diffuse lighting, reinforced by the scaling of the floor, which brings closer and more fluid the way of transition to the two premises.

The transition from the day area to the night area is designed to be as smooth and quiet as possible, regardless of the scale. The staircase treated with microcement gives you the feeling of walking in the curative mud in a "SPA" accompanied by an indirect side lighting. The natural lighting of the staircase comes through the glass wall, which follows the light from the window of the master bedroom.

The floor of the night area is designed with wooden parquet, reinforcing the idea of a warm, soft and relaxing touch. The lighting is meant to be dim, warm and soothing. Linen curtain textiles, cashmere covers and sheets, the exotic vegetation of "Mostera deliciosa" and "Calla lily", the reliefs used as well as the color of the walls and ceilings are other helpful elements that complete the atmosphere.

The wardrobe is designed to be open as an integral part of the matrimonial room, located behind a wall treated as a dividing wall covered with walnut parquet to make a homogeneous connection with the floor. This wall is used for multimedia and make-up also.

The toilet of the matrimonial room is located in the center of the building and therefore has no natural lighting. This problem has been solved by using the natural lighting that comes from the wardrobe window and enters the gap created with glass in the wall between them enabling natural light to enter the bathroom as in the case of the staircase. The floor of the toilet is covered with natural stone tiles, while the walls and ceiling have the same treatment as the rest with micro-cement. The shower area has been treated with great attention using the innovation with chromotherapy, which fulfills the needs of the client in the inability to place a "free-standing" bathtub in the environment of the matrimonial room.

The veranda was planned as an area with several dining, living and relaxation functions, which have been reinforced by raising and lowering the floor quote, the integration of a multimedia area covered by a bioclimatic pergola, as well as diverse vegetation in function of comfort and privacy.

Smart-home occupies an important place not only in terms of lighting, but becoming an integral part of an almost excessive comfort that starts from the audio system, day-night transitions of curtains and shutters, heating-cooling system, purification system of water, the system of photovoltaic panels as well as other daily comfort facilities.

Other functional areas such as the laundry room, food warehouse and garage have been integrated and designed in the building, ensuring comfort and practicality in everyday life.
