The first impression when you look at this building is that reminds you of an origami. The sharped edges, the movement of the modules in all the directions, the wide windows of the 3 upper levels make this facade a very unique one. The building is organized in five levels. Inside of it you can find a wellness area, an a la-carte restaurant, 21 rooms and a terrace lounge bar in the outside area.

The architect`s mision is to find a material that can fit to the conceptual design. It has to be Lightweight, cost-effective, high-efficiency, fully certified, resilient and durable, customizable color/finish/dimensions/mounting options. After an accurate study the architects decide that has to be a Krion Facade by Porcelanosa.

Facades are the most striking and visible parts of a building and are one of the main contributors to creating comfortable environments and capable to adapt to the environmental conditions of the place where it is located.
