"Kronos Agrotourism" is located in Guzaj, Shijak, Durres, in an area with mixed plain-hill terrain. This variation of the relief gives the area not only an idyllic landscape, but also the potential for the development of different activites each season of the year. The concept of “Kronos Agrotourism” is based on the establishment and development of a business that relies on local production which promotes the culinary, agricultural products and the natural beauty of the place.

Faced with such an approach, a guiding line naturally arises in the interior design process towards natural materials, earth colors, openness to light and the natural landscape, as the perfect background on which the interior spaces are composed.

Thus, in the restaurant area we have a dominance use of natural stone and the color green which contrasted at floor level by the use of black and white geometry.

Another key element in the restaurant space is the counter, which is put to the service of the game of contrast, with its dimensions and cherry color.

Accommodation facilities are located on the upper floor.

The corridor as an element of horizontal movement also serves as a connecting space for the design between two floors with different functions, located in the same building.

The character of the rooms fits the general concept of the interior; a traditional line of natural wood furniture with a balanced touch of color.

Materials, textures and natural colors are what define the interior spaces of “Kronos Agrotourism”.

A balanced touch of color creates the necessary contrast to give more intensity to large spaces and to highlight the characteristics of the elements used to shape the spaces.
