Cityview Apartment

CityView Apartment is located in Tirana in one of the main street junctions “Myslym Shyri” street. The apartment is located on the last floor of a tall building made up of 11 floors, with the main views positioned towards the south. This allows the apartment to have abundant natural light from the south and a view of the city. The apartment is a 3+1 configuration with 2 bathrooms.

The main space is the living, kitchen and dinning area which are proposed as an open space plan, following the existing function distribution of the apartment. The main difference between the existing and the proposed plan is that the existing plan is a 2+1 configuration, meaning that our proposal adds an extra bedroom by distributing the spaces in such a way that they are both functional and spacious enough to conduct all activities required by the client.

The living space is also completed with a study area in which a library and a study corner was proposed. There is one master bedroom that has access to a one of the bathrooms, two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and two balconies, one of which looks to the south and the other to the east.
