Residential building ''Asim Zeneli''

Asim Zeneli is a residential building positioned along "Asim Zeneli" street with 1, 4 and 6 floors above ground and 2 floors of underground parking. On the ground floor, office services are provided. These functions also extend to half of the first floor, where part of the surface is offices and the rest is used as living quarters. On the other four floors, residential premises are organized, from one apartment per floor, with a relatively large area, offering quite qualitative spaces.

The colonnade positioned on the northern wing of the building serves as a transitional area that connects the interior spaces of the building with the street. The chosen colors of the facade in "Blue and Torquise" tones, combined with the dark gray that highlight the horizontal divisions of the floors, set new standards for the area planned for development.

The volumetric shape of the building, dictated by the urban parameters, with 1 and 4 floor scales, enable the exit of the apartments to the verandas oriented on the southern wing. The orientation of the object is an advantage by enabling optimal lighting of the interior.
