Zoe Hora

Zoe Hora is one of the most beloved and special projects of Mosko atelier. After a long collaboration with an excellent team of professionals, in one of the most beautiful villages of the Albanian Riviera we managed to concretize a concept known as Revitalization.

This project consists of the Reconstruction and return to identity and interiors of some old houses of Dhërmi and their adaptation to tourist structures.

This multifunctional complex in the upper part of the village offers a unique panorama and place of relaxation and high quality accommodation. In an area of ​​about 1700 m2 this complex is an adaptation and harmonization of a two-storey building and some ruins dating back to the 16th century with new structures including restaurant, wine bar, hotel, conference room, commercial unit, open and closed swimming pool and spa.

The building is conceived on four different levels, with a dynamic movement of stone volumes following and adapting the natural slope of the terrain and creating a unique environment of comfort and relaxation. One of the main goals of this project is the best possible management of the construction site, giving the hotel rooms and all other facilities of the complex privacy and enjoying the view from the sea.

The combination of traditional architecture of the area with modern elements, the combination of stone walls with modern glass structures, stylization and  the use of floral motifs of traditional area ceilings on doors and roof beams, the use of arch, tunnel connecting the main entrance with the terrace of the restaurant are some of the identifying elements of this project. The use of village stone in the interior and exterior, the elements of wood, iron, olives and natural plants convey the aromas and colors of nature and create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
