MonCafe Boutique Hotel SPA

Located in a building which served as a residence and warehouse which in time had many unplanned additions, the main challenge was to connect all the services of the hotel and combine them into a fluid space.

The main focus was “green” indoor and outdoor, making it the main feature of the project and resulting in the implementation of the first hydroponic wall in Albania which dominates the entrance of the hotel by improving the air quality of the surrounding area which is well known for a highly dense traffic.

Inside, crossed bars of brass highlights the wall coverings, velvety texture seats will soften the metal presence and green plant walls will emphasize the feeling of an indoor-outdoor connected space.
