Black Villa

This villa is located in one of the quietest areas on the outskirts of the capital, a very popular area in recent years for a comfortable and elite life, in which greenery, tranquility, clean air and security prevail.

This villa interior is designed by Fix Arch Studio in  a modern style with neoclassical details for a young businessman
The construction surface is organized in 2 floors.
On the ground floor is designed a lobby, living area, kitchen, dining room, 2 toilets, a bedroom and a wardrobe.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wardrobe and a laundry room and balcony.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom, 1 toilet and an alternative living room as well as another balcony.

The interior is made by using a dark color palette and variety of materials, with different structures, surfaces such as brick, natural stone, onyx, leather, copper, wood etc. The living room is combined with a kitchen,  and a dining area. In order to balance the dark tones, a large bright "spot" was added, a panel of white calacatta marble with backlights framed by copper edging. The panel works at night and creates a cozy atmosphere-it is the focal point of our interior, it is viewed from all the main premises of the apartment.

Living room is created to make a balance between black and white in a way to offer more comfort to every guest in the house. In this way is combined a simple minimalist white sofa with a black sofa. Next to sofa is also a modern chair made by wood to give the place a modern style.

Dining area has the same style with a large table for seven people which is made by calacatta marble and has black chairs. Also in the dining area are white large chair for breakfast eating , which are combined with black wood.

In this villa interior we have included some sculptures to give the place a more neoclassical look, because we try to create spaces that satisfies the spirit as well as the eyes...
