M Sora Offices
Located in the industrial area of Vorë in Albania, in Msora, this interior project articulates the identity of a company specializing in metal accessories for doors, windows, and various architectural components. The space is conceived as a material manifesto — a spatial translation of metal, precision, and technology that defines the brand itself
Concept
At the core of the project lies a dialogue between industry and nature, between the strength of metal and the vitality of organic elements. Metal, as the primary material of the company’s activity, becomes the protagonist of the interior narrative. It is not treated merely as a finish or technical detail, but as an architectural language: exposed, rhythmic, and structurally expressive.
Galvanized metal grilles integrated into the ceilings create a refined industrial landscape, reflecting light and generating dynamic texture throughout the space. The ceiling becomes more than an enclosure; it acts as a conceptual statement , an abstraction of structure, system, and production logic.
Spatial Organization
The project unfolds across three functional levels, unified through a consistent material language while maintaining distinct atmospheres for each floor.

Ground Floor – Showroom
The ground floor showroom is envisioned as an industrial gallery where architecture and product coexist seamlessly. The entire perimeter of the space is wrapped in chrome metal tubes, a direct reference to the company’s own metal accessories. These tubular elements form a sculptural membrane along the walls, functioning simultaneously as display framework and spatial identity.

First Floor – Offices
On the first floor, the industrial narrative softens and becomes more human-centered through the strong presence of wood and greenery. Reflecting the company’s engagement with wood materials imported from Slovenia, timber is integrated into workspaces as both a functional and symbolic element. It introduces warmth, tactility, and a sense of sustainability.
Wood surfaces, custom furnishings, and detailing create a balanced environment where natural textures coexist with the project’s industrial backbone. This layer of materiality reinforces the company’s commitment to durable and responsible design.
Green areas are conceived as organic spatial dividers between working teams, replacing static partitions. Carefully planted and sourced directly from Albania, a country renowned for its rich biodiversity and diverse landscapes, these green interventions introduce authenticity, vitality, and a tangible local identity into the workspace. Rather than acting as decoration, vegetation becomes an architectural component, contributing to well-being, productivity, and sensory richness.
Natural stone flooring further strengthens this dialogue with nature. Stone strips are strategically laid to define circulation paths within the office floor, subtly guiding movement while articulating spatial organization. These stone lines create a readable flow throughout the working areas, grounding the interior in material authenticity and reinforcing the connection between architecture and landscape.
Together, wood, greenery, and natural stone establish a bio-inspired layer within the industrial framework, a carefully balanced environment where structure meets softness.
Second Floor – Conference & Event Space
The top floor is conceived as a flexible platform for conferences, presentations, and various professional events. It functions as a dynamic gathering space where dialogue, exchange, and innovation take place.
This level regularly hosts events with architects and industry professionals who are invited to explore, learn about, and be inspired by the company’s architectural products and technical solutions. The space becomes a meeting point between industry and design, a setting where materials, detailing, and performance are discussed within a curated architectural environment.

The industrial language remains present through metal elements and structured lighting, yet it is refined into a scenographic atmosphere suitable for both formal conferences and
creative events. Adaptable layouts allow the space to transform according to programmatic needs, reinforcing flexibility as a key design principle.
Materiality as Identity
This project in Msora, Vorë, does not use materials as decoration, it uses them as narrative. Metal represents strength and precision; wood conveys warmth and sustainability; greenery and natural stone introduce locality, vitality, and balance.
Through this carefully orchestrated interplay, the interior becomes a spatial extension of the company’s philosophy.
It is a place where product and architecture merge, where industry meets nature, and where identity is not only represented, but experienced.
