FROM THE ARCHITECT

The hilly peninsula of Cape of Rodoni is one of the most intact and tranquil sections of the Albanian Coast, with an alluring position overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Its hidden and secluded areas offer exclusive privacy, far away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches. However it is just 50 minutes driving time to the capital Tirana (38 km) as well as to the International Airport of Tirana (25 km).

Consisting of only exclusive villas that speak the language of modern architecture, with linear shapes that recall the horizon, built strictly in accordance with German construction standards. Each luxury Mediterranean Villa has lush landscaped gardens, spacious terraces and infinity pools overlooking the famous landmark of Cape of Rodoni. Infinity is the benchmark of Fortyone North Nineteen East.

This type of Villa was designed keeping in mind the beauty of the place it stands. Contemporary in its vocabulary and yet Mediterranean in its essence. With features like a large infinity pool, a fireplace and astounding views from every space the Infinity Villas are a true work of art. The Villa Toptani, named after a leading Albanian noble family, is the masterpiece of Fortyone North Nineteen East.

It interacts with its context by becoming an integral part of it, offering a unique experience of space and time. Special attention was given to create seamless integration between indoors and outdoors and flowing spaces visually and physically.

This is the „grande dame“ of the resort.
